Ananyn ak tilegi
The monumental and sculptural composition “Ananyn AK tilegi” (mother’s blessing) was installed on the forecourt of Kokshetau in 2001 to mark the 10th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The figure of a woman-mother with her hands raised to the sky and facing the station symbolically blesses everyone who sets foot on the fertile land of Kokshetau.
The authors of the monumental sculpture “Ananyn AK tleg” are sculptors Moldabaev J. K. – member of the artists Union of the USSR, laureate of Lenin Komsomol and architecture, members of the Union of architects of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Zhumagaliyev T. M. Shayakhmetov, and A. Sh.
The total height of the composition is 13.9 m, height of sculpture – 4.45 p. m, the diameter of the lower part of the pedestal – 9 m., mark the top of the composition – 13,9 m
